We are still working to build the organizational structure and governance that will best suit the needs of the staff and families at Carrington. To that end, the current governance structure will look familiar:

Governance

1. Board of Directors

   • Executive Board (non-staff/non-admin)
   • Administration
   • Staff

2. Committees

   • Engagement (extra-curricular events and activities)
   • Staff Appreciation
   • Beautification (facilities and grounds)

Outcomes

Our work, activities, and events will be focused on outcomes, which should enable people to engage in a way that works for them to do things that they can do.
